The service
TD190 is a school administration service provided to schools under a separate agreement with each school. These terms cover general use of the service; where the school's agreement says something different, the agreement wins.
Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation only — a school invites its staff and families, and TD190 invites schools. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use TD190 only for running a school and only with information you are entitled to handle. Do not try to reach another school's records, disrupt the service, or copy it.
School data
The school owns its data. TD190 processes it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. Schools can export their data at any time.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep TD190 available during school hours and will give notice of planned maintenance. We may improve and change the service over time; we will not remove something a school relies on without notice.
