For schools

Joining takes a term's preparation, not a year's project.

How a school joins TD190: we set the school up, the proprietor is invited, staff are invited by the school, and the existing roll comes in from a spreadsheet.

How it goes

Nothing here needs a technical person at your school.

1. We set your school up

Your school gets its own address, its own badge and colours, and its own records — separate from every other school.

2. Your proprietor is invited

One invitation, used once, and the password is set inside TD190. Nobody can create an account for themselves.

3. Your school invites its staff

Principal, registry, finance, teachers — each invited by your school and given only the rights their work needs.

4. Your roll comes in

Paste or upload your current pupil list with their classes; run it again safely if you need to correct it.

5. Set the school year

Terms, holidays, grades, classes, subjects and bell times. Then build the whole week's timetable automatically.

6. Families are let in

Guardians see their own children only: the week, attendance, released results, notices, bills and the school shop.

What schools ask first

Can we keep our own sign-in?

Yes. A school can bring its own sign-in provider, or use TD190's. Either way, access is decided by TD190.

Who can see our records?

Only your own people, according to their rights. Our support staff can help you get people signed in and can never open a pupil, mark, register or figure of money — and every support action is recorded with a reason.

Can we leave with our data?

Yes. A school can take a full copy of everything it holds as a spreadsheet or a data file, whenever it wants.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Parents, pupils and teachers use it on a phone; office work is comfortable on a laptop.
